Operational details of the four-day workweek: June – August 2026
For the third consecutive year, we have decided to confirm the four-day workweek during the summer period. From June to August, our employees work 32 hours per week with no reduction in salary. This measure aims to promote work-life balance, allowing all staff to recharge their energy during the warmest season of the year.
Starting in June, the new operating hours for Pyrogiochi offices, warehouses, and megastore are structured as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:30
- Fridays: offices and logistics remain closed.
